How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard at app.opexcg.com. Simply go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged after the trial period ends if you choose to continue.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing adjustments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use bank-level encryption, are SOC 2 compliant, and never train our AI models on your data. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
